Hello, my name is Carol, and I have worked on the fitness industry for over 35 years, and have been teaching group exercise classes since the early 90’s.
I am passionate about making a difference to people’s heath and wellbeing both inside and out. I enjoy giving guidance and knowledge while using a wide variety of equipment and techniques to keep sessions fresh and challenging.
I am a qualified Pilates instructor plus WABBA level 3 and YMCA level 2 instructor with experience as a gym instructor and personal trainer.
