Prenatal & Postnatal Classes
Prenatal classes for anyone from finding out to full term, we ask that you have your midwife / doctors approval and fill in a questionnaire first.

Postnatal strength and recovery is specifically designed for women who have given birth anytime from 6 weeks ago to Upto 2 years+ and need to rebuild posture, strength and tone in a class that takes in to account the changes your body has been through.
Come and join in with other women like you looking for a class that will not only help you tone up, but also improve and even eliminate back ache, joint pain and that heavy feeling. We focus on mind body flow which also helps relieve stress. Suitable for C section and muscle separation.
Please ensure you have had your postnatal check up and got the all clear to exercise.
You don’t need any equipment except a mat or towel.
Classes take place online so there is no need to leave your house or waste time you don’t have travelling to class. No one can see you while we are doing the class except me! I don’t care what your room looks like or what you wear as long as you are comfortable (wearing your pj’s is actually a good choice) babies and kids can be around too, you will be muted during the class so no one can hear you!
If you can’t join in live the claases are recorded and added to the on demand section so you can watch them at a time to suit you, you will also get access to other on demand classes suitable for postnatal.

Buggy Barre is a park workout for mums and baby’s in the pushchair ( inside of bad weather).
We usually run these classes April - September and toddlers are welcome but you are responsible for their care
